How to have a great treatment
- Wear loose pants and a cotton T-shirt (without graphics).
- You don't want to be newly-full or too hungry.
- Tell your therapist about any injuries or medical conditions.
- Remove contact lenses or tell your therapist you are wearing them.
Massage treatments work best when you breathe freely and continuously. Here is how to start:
Inhale: imagine air going through your nose to the top of your head. Exhale: feel the air flowing from your head to the bottom of your feet.
Breathe this way ten times then forget about your breath.
